  18. What are you using at the moment?  You can check the condition of the line
  19. to the remote modem by using online diagnostics.  Call the remote
  20. using terminal mode, once connected and incoming characters have stopped
  21. type +++ to go command mode.  Then type AT%L%Q%Q1 and report back here?

  23. What version ROM do you have?  Again in terminal mode type ATI3I6 for the
  24. response
